Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the delivery date. The product needs to be in new condition, in its original and undamaged box or packaging with all accessories, instructions, etc. included.
- If you purchased the item, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase including the sales tax, if any. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will contact you at your provided email address and will work out a method to return the funds to you. We are sorry, but shipping costs are not refundable.
- If you received the item as a gift, we can issue you a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
- If the item is defective or damaged due to an error on our part, please contact us at email@example.com so we can do right by you.
- Your refund or store credit will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
